Conflict Between Input Data Of KYC Cloud And EOD Batch (Doc ID 2987052.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 16, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Crime and Compliance Management Know Your Customer Cloud Service - Version NA and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

1) Account Type and Type of Account Opening tag accept only 1 value in the JSON Request of KYC Cloud Webservice. It can't accept multiple values. However, a customer can have multiple accounts each with different Account Type and Type of Account Opening so EOD Batch data can have multiple values for Account Type and Type of Account Opening.
This is a conflict between KYC Cloud webservice input(JSON request) and EOD Batch input(.csv files).

2) Industry/NAICS Code tag accept multiple values in the JSON Request of KYC Cloud Webservice. But in EOD a customer can have only 1 industry value as there is only 1 column in stg_party_master table for industry. This is again a conflict between KYC Cloud webservice input(JSON request) and EOD Batch input(.csv files)
