Goal
There is a new Permission added in 23.2.301.2 named "Allow Over Receiving Store to Store ASN" under topic "Transfer Receiving".
This permission is working for both Store to Store and WH to Store.
Need this permission text to be changed as "Allow Over Receiving Transfer ASN" against the topic "Transfer Receiving".
Reason for this ask is, business wants to be renamed as its misleading and making IT to think that its applicable to only Store to Store where as its applicable to any Transfer Receiving.
