Applies to:
Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.04.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
For CTO Model HVGOP not looking into Supplier Processing Lead Time even though it is exists. Always showing OnTime. But when Supplier Capacity is uploaded able to Processing Lead time is honored
As per Oracle Documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-and-manufacturing/23c/fascp/include-supplier-capacity-when-promising-ato-items.html#u30230729 for section "Include Supplier Capacity When You Promise ATO Items"
If User specify the supplier lead time and the calendar in the approved supplier list for the configured item, then Promising uses those values when it calculates the lead time offset. If User don't do this, then Promising uses the calendar and lead time that you set in the approved supplier list for the ATO model
