Financial Plan Types Getting Stuck In Processing Status (Doc ID 2987867.1)

Goal

Financial Plan Types being created via REST API are all getting stuck in Processing Status.
Option to delete the Financial Plan Types is disabled. Further, Financial Plan Types are not visible within Transaction Console to delete/withdraw.
