Custom Forms Multiselect Language Attribute Gives ERROR:Uncaught (in promise) TypeError (Doc ID 2988147.1)

Symptoms

In custom forms, one of its attribute is "Language", which is a multi select drop-down. The options for this field are to be fetched from localization policies. However, we are seeing an error

"ERROR:Uncaught (in promise) TypeError".

Earlier while using it for single select we were able to map the values for the data coming from the API but for multiselect there are some syntactical errors.
