Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Service Request Spotlight Region is missing when an SR is opened from the Workspace.
The Spotlight region is visible when the SR is opened from the SR Landing page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the spotlight region will be displayed when opening the SR from workspace.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to workspace.
2. Select service request object and search an SR
3. Open the SR from workspace
