Symptoms
Order is not approving with reapprove ind = 'Y' when Xordermod sent for approved order with status as 'W' and reapprove ind = 'Y'.
When an approved PO Order in RMS, is sent an XOrderMod with status 'W' and reapprove ind = 'Y'. the expected behavior is the fields to be modified, and po to be reapproved.
