Fields In The Hidden Block Are Visible In The Cost Sheet (Doc ID 2988341.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Fields are hidden on the block form but they are visible in the cost sheet on the manage rows page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the fields are hidden on the block form, they should not appear on the manage rows page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into user environment. 
  2. Open up detail form.
  3. Notice the hidden block field is hidden.
  4. Navigate to the project.
  5. Go to cost sheet > manage rows.
  6. Despite being in a hidden block on the form, the fields are displayed on the project cost sheet in the manage rows page.
