Symptoms
Analytics Publisher Scheduled Jobs fails with the below error. This issue can occur after receiving the 23D Quarterly update. As a result, the failed job-related report output will not be available.
1. Login to Fusion cloud service
2. Navigate to Tools > Report & Analytics
3. Click Browse Catalog
4. Navigate to the shared folder of the Analytics Publisher report to be scheduled
5. Click on More > Schedule to submit a Job
6. Jobs failed with the below error
Error:
[username=***] does not have permission to run the report: /Custom/Human Capital Management/Payroll/Sample report.xdo
