STORE_DAY_CLOSED Error When Trying To Reopen A Store And Send Transactions (Doc ID 2988378.1)

Symptoms

User noticed below error when trying to reopen a store and send transactions and occurring due to timing issue

ERROR

Transactions errored out saying STORE_DAY_CLOSED error

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Proccesed transactions for a store day
2. Dclose send and store is closed successfully
3. Reopened the same store day
4. Processed few more transactions immediately after the reopen
5. Transactions errored out saying STORE_DAY_CLOSED error
6. Hoping the transactions errored out due to timing issue of the data been processed.
