INVLD_SARR Error In SACS For Return Transactions From XStore (Doc ID 2988400.1)

When attempting to load transaction with new code of Code type SARR,
the following error occurs.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Return Transaction in XStore with one of the following reason code.
Forgot to use Coupon, Bought Wrong Item, Delivery took too long
2. Run SACS batches to import the transactions from Xstore.
3. Check sa_tran_head for the tran_no. Error_ind will be Y.
4. Check the sa_error for the respective tran_Seq_no.
