Not able to update Profile Option values

Getting errors while configuring profile values in Helpdesk.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup & Maintenance
2. Search for Manage Administrator Profile Options
3. Open Manage Service Request Profile Options
4. Get error
