VB Studio: Not Able To See The Layout Created/Modified In Layout Section In The Workspace (Doc ID 2988486.1)

Symptoms

Dynamic forms/tables were created in a workspace.
On clicking the Layout section in the left tab (where all the web applications, services and business objects are present), the Layouts are not shown.
Instead, it shows a blank section.
