On: MFCS/RMS 23.1.401.0 version
When the Order payload has CFAS populated, the Create PO API call fails with an error.
Error

"Invalid action selected."
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
1. Call the Create PO API with CFAS populated.
2. Observe it gives an error.
3. Call the Create PO API without any CFAS populated.
4. Observe that the PO is created successfully without error.
