Symptoms
When attempting to send or resend Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) for a Purchase Order through Oracle Business Network (OBN) an error occurs.
This error prevents the ASN for a Purchase Order of being created successfully.
Error:

Steps to Reproduce:
- Configure SOAP webservices through: Messaging > Delivery Methods > Collaboration SOAP Services
- Go back to Tools > Collaboration Messaging, and send or resend ASN for Purchase Order.
- Under OBN the Status will show SUCESS for Business Document: Advance Shipping Notice, however, under 'Procure to Pay Inbound Messages' Infolet, it will show a 'In-Process' line.
- Review the logs under: Tools > Manage Collaboration Messaging History UI, search for Message ID, and ASN - Inbound, is showing status with 'Error', for Message ID.
- Error Type: Inbound Processing Error.
