Service Center Redwood Page - View All Attachments smart action not working  

Out of the box feature of View All attachments and View all Contacts of service center screen is not working

Steps to reproduce

Service Center > Overview page > Attachments foldout > View All Attachments > Nothing happens (Similar for View all contacts)
