Symptoms

Late posted book transfer is not updating snapshot quantity on STAKE_SKU_LOC

We have observed that the late posted book transfer for an item that is on stock count is not updating snapshot on hand quantity on STAKE_SKU_LOC table.

Steps to recreate:

  1. Choose an item that is on the stock count at a virtual warehouse.
  2. Post book transfer message using book transfer REST service for the above item with approval date before the sock count date from the first step.
  3. Observe that the book transfer is created and inventory is moved to destination location.
  4. Observe that the STAKE_SKU_LOC.SNAPSHOT_ON_HAND_QTY is not updated with the transferred quantity.
