Goal

Questions on unique sequence generator feature released in 23.9.1.

1. What is the logic defined to generate these unique identifiers?
2. Have observed that the numeric ids are being maintained or remain intact in day over day load scenario. How are these identifiers referred in day over day load scenario of reference data?
Is this mapping between Code and numeric id maintained in any entity or is there a join between dim table to refer the IDs?
3. Is a numeric id dedicated to only one table or can it be shared across multiple dimensions?
