Updating Ship Via On The Order Causes OBLPN to Be Removed From Load. OBLPN Gets Re-Manifested (Doc ID 2988880.1)

Symptoms

 When a Sales (outbound) Order Header has a ship via updated, if the order has OBLPNs already packed:

  1. For manifested OBLPNs if the order has already OBLPNs manifested, they get re-manifested.
  2. For LTL loads, the OBLPN gets removed from the currently assigned load. 

Changes

 This was not happening before.
