Goal
Customer requests a verification regarding the possibility of having a spam attack or a new crawler for a certain time period.
Here are common the key characteristics that customer mentioned for being relevant regarding this issue:
- Volume: 2.4% of total traffic across all our websites, unavailable, 6121 sessions
- Country & other geo location (region, city) data are unavailable, equals = (not set)
- Network Service Provider data is unavailable, equals = (not set)
- 96% of traffic is mobile
- 98.7% of traffic is new users
- 94% of traffic is a Direct traffic, (source/medium) = (direct)/(not set)
- Very short average session duration, in total less than 3 seconds
- High bounce rate, ranging across the websites between 78-99%.
