Symptoms
Virtual circuit is down, OCI is not learning MAC address from On-Premises Cisco Device.
Due to Network issues in Layer 2, BGP is also not established.
This article presumes Virtual Circuit Light level is good in OCI Console, same VLAN is configured in OCI Console and On-Premises configuration, Switch port mode is Trunk in On-Premises Cisco Device.
We can see packets sent but no received packets in the Virtual Circuit Metrics in OCI Console.
