Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
At some point in the workflow, the existing orders have their positionInRoute changed to zero and displayed incorrectly on the Gantt.
Changing the final status of the workorder to Complete or notDone reverts the positionInRoute values to the correct ones.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activities in tech routes should not lose their positionInRoute.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Perform activity A in route and submit Completion form
2. formSubmitted event is sent to middleware
3. Middleware sends bulkUpdate API to attempt to move activity in "started" status
4. Other activities in route lose their position in route
5. set activity A to Completed/notDone
6. positionInRoute is reverted to normal numbers
BUSINESS IMPACT

Minor impact at present but it will be confusing to users when activities are displayed incorrectly on the Gantt.
