Symptoms
For RMS initiated RTV, the requested quantity getting overridden for first line item with Shipped quantity
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create RTV request from RMS to SIOCS for two items.
2. Transfer updated to SIOCS with Approved status. MPS staging table will have SOCre & SOStatus messages.
3. From SOCS check the RTW transfer, scan the items and save.
4. From SOCS exceed the requested quantity and ship the quantity (overship).
5. Check MPS Staging table, observe the SODTLMod message.
6. Check SOCS/EICS RTW report of requested-Approved-shipped quantity.
7. Observe that for the first line item the Requested quantity is overridden with shipped quantity.
8. This is happening only with first line item, other line items are displaying correctly.
9. If having only one line item, the same is observed, requested quantity is being overridden by shipped quantity.
