Last updated on NOVEMBER 27, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service - Version 23.1 to 23.1 [Release 23.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

UnitCost changes at ITEM_LOC_SOH are not flowing to RIB. The root cause indicates towards POM Nightly schedule.

As part of Nightly schedule, the SCCEXT job (which updates the UnitCost in ITEM_LOC_SOH) runs after the publishing triggers are disabled (by DISABLE_RIB_PUB_TRIGGER_JOB). So, none of the changes flows to ITEM_LOC_MFQUEUE tables.

The cost changes in MFCS are getting lost in this process.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create and approve a CostChange.
  2. Run DISABLE_RIB_PUB_TRIGGER_JOB batch completed. All RMS publishing triggers are now disabled.
  3. Run SCCEXT and SCCEXT_POST. CostChange moved to ‘E’ (Executed) status.
  4. Check in ITEM_LOC_MFQUEUE that nothing got populated.
