Goal
Unable to modify retry count for MPS staged messages
Currently on mps_work_type shows retry count is 0 on the screen. As per the parameter the Limit is set to -1, and the Count is at 0. However, in MPS staged message it seems to be processing up to 31 times.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login EICS
2. Go to Admin-Technical Maintenance- Mps_work type
3. The retry count is 0
We cannot modify it. Is there any other way to modify it?
