DFF context code not visible in manage descriptive flexfields when 2 or more Career Preferences custom section are created

Below are the details on how the issue can be reproduced including navigation steps:

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance >> Search Task : Manage Descriptive Flex Fields

2. Search and Edit DFF : HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS

3. Search and Select Context Sensitive Segment

4. One of the DFF context code will not be available in the list
