Symptoms
The error below is thrown on Email Action when File Attachment name includes Multibyte characters:
Malformed input or input contains unmappable characters: FILENAME
Additionally, if your site includes Folder Names in the File Manager with these special characters, the error below is thrown when opening the Migration Center:
the call failed on the server, see server logs for details.
The error above, "Malformed input or input contains unmappable characters" will be seen in the error logs.
