Goal
PRD - RICS - RIB-RMS adapters do not start up automatically.
It is noticed that several of the publishers in RIB-RMS in Prod are not up and you have to manually restart them. This is causing integration issues between other Oracle Retail system and impacting users. This has started to happen more frequently after taking the 23.1.301.0 patch for RICS.
