ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to stop approval a Terms Template that is in Pending Approval status the following error appears.
ERROR

"You must be the initiator of the approval process or have permission to perform this action. (OKC-196211)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Terms Library > Search for the Terms Template.
2. Click Actions button > Select Stop Approval.
3. The error pops up.
