23D Talent Profile Items Expiry/Expired Alert Is Getting Error Out. (Doc ID 2989791.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Profile Management

Enabeling the "Talent Profile Items Expiry" and "Talent Profile Items Expired" in Alert composer.

Setup an employee with expired license, and another employee whose license will get expired in 30 days. When running both of these alerts on demand, you will get the below error.
