Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition: Agent Error: "message text not found" (Doc ID 2989867.1)

Symptoms

 Problem Description:

An agent shows a status of Agent Failed in the Preview pane in Agent Management.

When viewing the Agents report, or clicking the link on the Agent Failed status, the following error is shown:

[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: ***kmsgContextNotInitialized: message text not found ***
