Fusion Absence Management: PER_AVAILABILITY_DETAILS.GET_AVAILABILITY_DETAILS query returns Zero Duration on First day of Absence applied in Basic mode (Doc ID 2990269.1)

Goal

PER_AVAILABILITY_DETAILS.GET_AVAILABILITY_DETAILS query returns Zero Duration on First day of Absence applied in Basic mode.

Ex: In Basic mode, submitted an absence from 11-Sep-2023 08:30 AM to 14-Sep-2023 05:00 PM of total 34 hours duration (8.5 hours of working hours/day).

Ran the query to get the availability details and found that for first day of absence (11-Sep-2023), DURATION_MS_NUM field is displaying as 0.
