Symptoms
OCI Stack Monitoring Metric Extension Enable / Disable using CLI in Cloud Shell fails with below errors.
Example:
$ oci stack-monitoring metric-extension enable --metric-ext-id ocid1.stackmonitoringmetricextension.oc1.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx --resource-ids file://resource-ids.json --debug
