On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Design Studio

When attempting to create agency
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #5":
The Recruiting Agencies task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Source Candidates > Recruiting Agencies

Staffing Agents Section under Posting tab of Job requisition is also not appearing
