Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Workflow Business Process has been setup to enable 'Enable response via email'.
When assignee receives email to take action by clicking the workflow action button from the email, the response was opened in browser instead of the outlook reply.
EXPECTED BEHAVIORS
Expect the outlook is used to open the workflow action from email.
