RIB-EXT Injector Service Ping Test Fails After Upgrading to 23.1.401.0 (Doc ID 2990480.1)

Symptoms

RIB-EXT Injector service ping test will fail after upgrading to 23.1.401.0, if ping service URL hosted by external application is not updated by the customer.

ERROR

Inject Ping Status will show downward arrow in red.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login into RIB-EXT Admin GUI
2. Navigation: Click on "RIB ServiceMonitor" tab
3. Click on Ping for injector
4. Ping will fail with status down.

Changes

 Upgraded to release 23.1.401.0.
