Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Loading the cost changes through spreadsheet upload but noticing the process is taking too much time to process the cost changes.
The volume to load is just around 1800 records.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The process should not take more time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the spreadsheet
2. Load the cost change
