On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Two context based segments are added in PER_PERSON_LEGISLATIVE_DFF but they are not visible in Legislative Info section in Hire an Employee or Convert Pending Worker flow.
The HCM design studio rules are correctly configured and also there are no page composer customizations.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The DFFs should be visible in Legislative Info section in the above mentioned flows.
