An administrator has created new Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) for "WLF_LEARNING_REQUEST" DFF with the value "HRC_YES_NO".

Whenever editing any initiative created BEFORE these DFFs were added, a pop-up window will appear saying the following:

<(new DFF Created) is not in the list of values.>
