(Doc ID 2990767.1)
Last updated on DECEMBER 09, 2023
Applies to:
Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.13.23.07.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
- When assigning a Journey to multiple individual assignees using the Person Type option, the Journey is not allocated to all assignees as expected.
- A count of completed allocations is displayed, but the count is less than the number of assignees selected.
- A count of unsuccessful allocations is not displayed. There is nothing to indicate what happened to those who did not receive the allocation.
Steps to illustrate:
1. My Client Groups > Journeys
2. Go to the Explore tab
3. Search for and select a Journey
4. Click Assign Journey
5. In the Selection Type field, select Person
6. In the Select a Person field, search for and add multiple assignees (e.g. 100 assignees selected)
7. Click Assign
8. Navigate to the Activity tab
9. Notice that the Journey allocation process was completed for fewer assignees than selected during the assignment process (e.g. only 88 of 100 allocations were completed).
10. Also, there is no indication of what happened to the unsuccessful allocations (e.g. 12 of 100).
