Goal

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Shipping

When user records Shipment Costs showing at Shipment Header incorrect costs are displayed on the order fulfillment lines .

1. Created sales order with two lines and then submitted it.
2. Once the line status is changed to awaiting shipping created pick wave
3. Confirmed pick slip
4. Reordered Shipment cost at shipment header while shipping.[Let's say Freight Cost=10]
5. Ship confirmed the order.
6. The line status is changed to awaiting billing
Navigation: Go to Actions--> click on switch to fulfillment view-->select fulfillment lines --> Go to Actions --> Click on View charges and costs
7. The shipment cost at each fulfillment line are populated incorrectly as 7.608 and 2.392.
8. Expectation is for this to be displayed as 5 and 5 accordingly.
