Symptoms

Problem Description:

A candidate has applied for a Job Opening and his application was progressed until a custom phase, between Offer and HR. Since the offers had to be modified, the Recruiter moved the current Application in " <Custom Phase Name> - Withdrawn by Candidate " and asked the candidate to reapply.

After the new application was submitted, the Recruiter has also returned the initial application in an Active phase, and tried to edit the offer then to send it for approval. When he/she clicks on submit button, the following error occurs.
