Error when Attempting to Open CPQ from Salesforce with Managed package 7.0 [Refused to connect] (Doc ID 2991093.1)

Symptoms

Error when opening CPQ from Salesforce.

CPQ URL refused to connect.

The error below can be observed in the Browsers Developer Tools Console:

Refused to display SITE in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'

In the Browsers Developer Tools Network tab, you will also see the callback url fails with a 403 error code.

Changes

 The site was upgraded to 23 D and customer is utilizing Managed package 7.0.
