Symptoms
When the customer's Cloud environment and the user's P6 Professional application have been upgraded to release 23.10, after upgrading a local SQLite database and attempting to login to it the following error occurs.
Database disk image is malformed
malformed database schema (215)
The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:
- Upgrade P6 Professional to release 23.10 via ClickOnce.
- Select the database alias for the local SQLite database and attempt to login.
- A DATABASE VERSION MISMATCH error is displayed; user clicks OK.
- A prompt to upgrade the database to the new release version is displayed; user clicks OK.
- The upgrade attempt fails.
- When the user attempts to login to the SQLite database again, the reported error occurs.
