ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Stage SIOCS-Direct DB Integration is NOT working
You have created the PO#115292 in the MFCS Stage and on approval, a record is made into the ICL* table i.e., ICL_RMS_ORDER.
From here, the data is not getting processed by the SIOCS DCS/MPS.
Note: - Recently had an L&S activity completed in Stage environment.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The order should reach SIOCS
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Purchase Order in MFCS
2. The message remains in the ICL_RMS_ORDER table and is not consumed by the SIOCS DCS processor.
