Symptoms
On : 23.2 version, Other
SOCS desktop app crashes abruptly during transactions, the following error occurs in the clients log:
ERROR
-----------------------
[SEVERE - oracle.adfmf.application - IllegalStateException - null] SimConfigManager is not initialized: Invalid SimConfigProvider.
[SEVERE - oracle.adfmf.framework - adf - amx-loading.js] AMX tag and node creation in the webview is deprecated, set maf-config.xml value to embedded instead
[SEVERE - oracle.adfmf.application - Class - null] Error obtaining system default time zone ID.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Opened SOCS and logged in
2. Navigated to Shipping and Receiving > Purchase order
3. Selected PO 162803
4. Selected create receipt
5. Selected Create
6. Selected the PO
7. Clicked on the PO again
8. Selected Add Items & Remaining Quantity > Apply
9. Entered Quantity then Back
10. Selected Confirm
11. Selected Save
12. Selected Back
13. Selected Back
