Symptoms
User have noticed a problem when using vouchers on xocs connected stores.
It seems like the unspent voucher amount is not updated correctly.
Perquisites :
1. Update the CHANGE_TNDR_ID column to ‘ISSUE_GIFT_CERTIFICATE' for GIFT_CERTIFICATE’ tender in TND_TNDR_OPTIONS table.
UPDATE TND_TNDR_OPTIONS SET CHANGE_TNDR_ID = 'ISSUE_GIFT_CERTIFICATE' WHERE TNDR_ID =’ GIFT_CERTIFICATE’;
2. Update the PartialRedeemAllowed is set to true for GIFT_CERTIFICATE in VoucherConfig.xml
Steps to reproduce:
------------------
1. Login Xstore and Select the Cashier --> Click on Sell Non-Merch
2. Select Xstore Gift Certificate
3. Enter amount for Gift Certificate
4. Tender with Cash and Complete the transaction
5. Start new sale transaction
5. Tender with Gift Certificate(Use the above Issued Gift Certificate for redeem)
6. Complete the transaction.
7. Check the Gift Certificate Balance Inquiry.
