Symptoms

On : Primavera Unifier version 23.9

When any Bidder attempts to log into a Unifier environment the following error is being displayed at the Unifier login window.
 
ERROR
-----------------------
" Invalid Username. Please contact your System Administrator for further assistance."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. A Bidder receives a bid invitation and credentials.
  2. The Bidder attempts to log into Unifier at the correct URL
  3. After entering the correct credentials, the Bidder receives the error message noted above, and cannot login successfully.
