Symptoms
On : Primavera Unifier version 23.9
When any Bidder attempts to log into a Unifier environment the following error is being displayed at the Unifier login window.
ERROR

" Invalid Username. Please contact your System Administrator for further assistance."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- A Bidder receives a bid invitation and credentials.
- The Bidder attempts to log into Unifier at the correct URL
- After entering the correct credentials, the Bidder receives the error message noted above, and cannot login successfully.
