Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: No Approval Request Triggered When Clicking ENROLL Button For A Course (Doc ID 2991560.1)

Symptoms

When Learners click the ENROLL button for a Course that needs approval, no approval flow is being generated. The only way the flow gets generated is for the Learner to click Actions->Enroll to Course.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. As a Learner, go to Me->Learning
  2. Learner searches for the Course they want to enroll to.
  3. When they see it, they click "Get Started".
  4. Learner clicks ENROLL button at the top of the page.
  5. Page loads briefly but no request details appear for the Learner to submit.
  6. Learner then clicks Actions-> Select "Enroll in Course".
  7. Page loads then shows the message "Information Pending Approval".
