Goal

On : 19.3 version, Merch - Procurement

Requirement: Ability to amend ESD & LSD data using PO upload template without additional step of manual reapprove by user with approval access

Suggested solution: Oracle team had suggested to add 'Re-Approve' indicator on the PO template. This will consume the PO ESD & LSD dates and reapprove the PO, if the value of 'Re-Approve' indicator is 'Yes'.

We built the template based on suggested solution. But this template fails if the user using the template does not have PO approval access.
Issue: This means the suggested solution is a half measure and does not fulfil the requirement. As the user with approval access involvement is still required. ?

This is holding us back to use this new feature of 19.3.x
